USA-DRC-RWANDA: Donald TRUMP , Good Samaritan ? A Fake Peace Agreement for an Utopian Peace : Those sitting at the negotiation table are not protagonists but accomplices !

– Conference for peace in the Great Lakes region: France is no longer credible.

A report by independent American researchers from the Oakland Institute (see attached audio) published in October 2025 revisits the so-called “peace” agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, brokered by the United States.

A few days before the supposed “Peace Conference” in the Great Lakes region — to be held in Paris on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in the presence of Paul Kagame (the “African Hitler”) and Félix Tshisekedi (the “Congolese Marshal Pétain”) — the findings shed new light on what is really being plotted behind the back of the Congolese people.

The CNRC welcomes the work of these researchers who openly denounce a deception orchestrated to the detriment of the Congolese people, who thus find themselves twice victims.

1. They are paying the heavy price of a cruel and unjust war of predation, orchestrated and maintained by the United States itself through proxy countries Rwanda and Uganda.

The figures speak for themselves: according to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
“Over 7 million people are currently displaced in the DRC, including 1 million since early 2025, while 27.7 million live in food insecurity. The region also hosts more than a million Congolese refugees and faces an alarming level of sexual violence (a woman raped every four minutes and a child every thirty minutes).”

2
. Despite this tragic situation, the same Congolese people are now about to become the biggest losers in a fraudulent peace project — one that not only rewards their Rwandan oppressors but seeks to dispossess them further, by expropriating their land in exchange for a utopian peace disguised as “regional economic integration.”

According to the Oakland Institute researchers:
“The U.S. involvement does not aim to end violence, but to secure strategic access to mineral resources for private interests. The agreement effectively rewards aggression while ignoring the essential conditions for lasting peace: accountability for perpetrators and their accomplices, justice for victims, and respect for the sovereignty of the Congolese people.” The CNRC draws the attention of the Congolese people to the following facts and denounces:

The Congolese people must note that, according to its initiators, this agreement “is based on existing regional frameworks – CIRGL, COMESA, EAC – to promote economic integration and fight against illicit networks. The United States is also expected to play an increased role as an investor in strategic sectors.”
In other words, the Congolese government is negotiating an agreement based on regional frameworks such as the EAC, even though Félix Tshisekedi, who joined the DRC to this organization without the consent of Parliament or the Congolese people, has been pretending for months that the DRC is withdrawing from the EAC — Rwanda’s antechamber — which is false.

It is particularly surprising to see how hastily the American government is pushing to sign such an important agreement under current conditions — one that will inevitably be contested, since those claiming to represent the Congolese people have no legitimacy to do so.
Recently, a trial took place in Kinshasa against the imposture and criminal acts of the so-called Joseph Kabila, which ended in a death sentence, etc.

Throughout these proceedings and others, the government

itself declared that Joseph Kabila is not Congolese, confirming what many already knew. Officials even cited the works of Honoré Ngbanda, thus confirming the illegitimacy of Félix Tshisekedi, who is a product of that same imposture and of the so-called “belligerents’ constitution.”

According to CNRC sources, the U.S. administration is fully aware of Tshisekedi’s limitations and is reluctant to work with such an unserious and corrupt regime.

The only reason the U.S. accepts to sign this disadvantageous agreement for the Congolese people is precisely Tshisekedi’s weakness, which makes him easy to manipulate.

Thus, after the bloodshed, genocide, and looting initiated under the Clinton administration, it is now the Trump administration that stands as guarantor of Tshisekedi’s illegitimacy, of legalized predation, and of obstruction to justice for the Congolese people. This agreement, trampling on the interests of the suffering Congolese nation, benefits only private interests — American, Rwandan, and Congolese oligarchs devoid of conscience. It seals the new face of American predation in the DRC, in collusion with a mediocre political class that has already capitulated and fallen under Rwandan control.

Yes, Mr. Trump, the “Good Samaritan,” has decided to pick the pockets of Congolese widows and orphans — the very man who gained the sympathy of many Christians during his campaign by referring to “Jesus, the BOSS.” Each of his Christian supporters will judge for themselves.

In any case, nearly six months after the signing of this so-called peace agreement, the only peace brought by the United States to the DRC is the peace of the graveyards. Yet, as Congolese people say, “God’s justice exists” — sooner or later, justice will be done.

This Thursday, October 30, 2025, Paris will host a “Peace Conference” for the Great Lakes region, attended by several heads of state, including Félix Tshisekedi (the “Congolese Marshal Pétain”) and Paul Kagame (the “African Hitler”).
But every informed Congolese has reasons to question the real motives of France — the self-proclaimed “land of human rights” — which continues to display an unhealthy closeness to Paul Kagame, the “Butcher of Kigali.”

In recent years, while the Democratic Republic of Congo remains the largest French-speaking country in the world, France has twice supported the candidacy of Louise Mushikiwabo, Rwandan and close ally of Kagame, as head of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).

Despite being aware of Rwanda’s role in the extermination of millions of Francophones, France chose to support the Congolese people’s tormentors, with Emmanuel Macron’s government supplying arms and funding to Kigali.

Given this, one must question the fate of 7 million displaced Congolese, whose extermination Rwanda would benefit from to achieve its objectives in the DRC.Through rigged elections organized by Félix Tshisekedi and his accomplices, many Rwandans can now claim Congolese nationality, simply because they obtained Congolese voter cards — part of Kagame’s plan to replace native Congolese with Rwandan settlers.

The CNRC warns of this looming threat over millions of indigenous Congolese, whose extermination by Kagame and his M23 militia aims to dispossess them of their lands — with the blessing of parts of the international community.

By keeping the DRC within organizations like the OIF (which enhances France’s influence despite its ties with Kigali), just as it remains in the EAC (which serves Rwanda’s interests), the Congolese government proves beyond doubt its complicity with the enemies of the Congolese people.

There is now an urgent need for every Congolese citizen to draw the necessary conclusions.

May God bless the Democratic Republic of Congo!
